Why Join?

Hubs Foundation members, and especially board members, are here to serve the community. Anyone is welcome to join, free of charge, but be aware that you join to be able to further serve and promote the interests of the community/project. Perks may include, more responsibilities, the ability to vote on Hubs Foundation resolutions and in elections, the ability to run for a board position, access to confidential information (with the requirement to follow our confidential information policy), and the ability to speak on behalf of the Hubs Foundation (misuse of which will likely result in eviction/banning, you have been warned). Now that you have been suitably intimidated… ahem, informed of the gravity of being a member, welcome onboard 🙂

Membership Term

The membership term is from October 1st to September 30th each year.  You must renew your membership each year by resubmitting this form.  New members that join within three months prior to the year end are automatically included in the next year.

Required Updates

If any of your information changes, you must resubmit the form with your updated information.

If your submission is accepted, we will notify you of this and send you any further details that you should be aware of.

If your submission is rejected, we may or may not notify you. Reasons for not notifying you may include (but are not limited to):

  • Your contact information is invalid.
  • You haven’t consented to receive electronic information/documents.

If you haven’t received notice from us in a couple weeks or more, and are still interested, please reach out to us through our email address.
